Victor Monsees studied law at the University of Passau until 2022, specialising in European and international business law and public international law.

From 2022 to 2023, he studied Legal Technology (M. Sc.) at the University of Law (formerly: The College of Law of England and Wales), focusing on the legal and ethical implications of artificial intelligence for the legal industry. During this time, he worked as a venture manager and research assistant at UnternehmerTUM.

Since March 2024, he has been a research assistant at the Chair of Law and Security in Digital Transformation of Professor Dr. Dirk Heckmann and editor of the juris journals "Praxisreport IT-Recht" and "AnwaltZertifikatOnline IT-Recht".
