Stephan Koloßa studied law at the Ruhr University Bochum and the Université Paris Nanterre. As part of his studies, he focused in “International and European Economics”. He completed his legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Hamm. During the traineeship, he worked for i.a. the Foreign Office in Berlin, the German Embassy in Beijing/China and one of the so-called Magic Circle law firms. He later received an LL.M. from the University of Regensburg in Legal Tech. He is admitted to the bar and currently works and researches primarily in the areas of data law and technology design. Since 2024 he works at the Chair of Law and Security in Digital Transformation at the Technical University of Munich.
