Alexander Besner-Lettenbauer studied law at the University of Passau from 2011 to 2018, focusing on media and information law as well as eGovernment and eCommerce. From 2018 to 2020, he completed his legal clerkship at the District Court of Landshut (Landgericht Landshut) with focus on public administration. As part of a complementary study program during his legal clerkship, he attended the German University of Administrative Sciences Speyer in the winter semester of 2019 where he studied the digitalization of administration from an academic perspective.
He also worked as a freelance research assistant at a law firm specialized in media law in Munich from 2018 to 2020. Since February 2021, he has been a research assistant at the TUM Center for Digital Public Services.
