Joint Seminar between IEAI and Yonsei University


On August 23, a joint seminar of the Institute of Ethics in Artificial Intelligence (IEAI) and the Center for Global ESG and Business Ethics took place at Yonsei University in Seoul.

The aim of the seminar was to exchange views on the ethics and regulation of autonomous driving in Germany and Korea. The seminar was  organized by Prof. Christoph Lütge (TUM, Director of IEAI), Dr. Alexander Kriebitz (TUM) as well as Prof. Ho-Young Lee (Yonsei University, Director of the Center for Global ESG and Business Ethics) and Prof. Soon Hong Min (Yonsei University, Deputy Director of the Center for Global ESG and Business Ethics).

Participants of the event were Mr. Wolfgang Rechenhofer (German Embassy in Seoul), Dr. Janis Kesten-Kühne (PwC Germany; Manager of Artificial Intelligence and Autonomous Driving) as well as Prof. Kee Yeon Hwang (Hongik University) and Prof. Moon Young-Jun (Korea Transport Institute, Chief director of SOC Digitalization Research Center).
