Munich Lecture in Business Ethics
The Munich Lecture in Business Ethics is an annual lecture series since 2011 that discusses current topics relating to business ethics. It is jointly held by the Peter Löscher Chair of Business Ethics of Prof. Lütge, and the Chair of Economics – Public Economics and Industrial Organization of Prof. Robert von Weizsäcker.
This year's Munich Lecture on Business Ethics takes place on February 22, 2019 (6:30 pm) at the Vorhoelzer Forum on the grounds of the TU Munich. The talk will be held by Prof. Christian List of the London School of Economics. The topic of his talk is: “Group Agency and Artificial Intelligence”. 2018: Ann Tenbrunsel
The 8th Munich Lecture on Business Ethics took place on November 15, 2018 at the Vorhölzer Forum on the grounds of the TU Munich. This year`s talk was held by Prof. Ann Trenbunsel of the University of Notre Dame. The topic of her talk was: “Blind Spots: Why We Aren't as Ethical As We Think We Are.”

2017: Samuel Bowles
The "7th Munich Lecture in Business Ethics" took place on November 9, 2017 at 6.30 pm at the Vorhölzer Forum on the grounds of the TU Munich. This year`s talk was held by Prof. Samuel Bowles of the Santa Fe Institute. The topic of his talk was: "The Moral Economy: Why good incentives are no substitute for good citizens".

2016: Vernon Smith
Our "6th Munich Lecture in Business Ethics" was held by Dr. Vernon L. Smith (The Sveriges Riksbank Prize in Economic Sciences in Memory of Alfred Nobel 2002).
The topic of his talk was: "Adam Smith on Conduct and Rules: Trust Games; Emergence of Property".

On 14 November 2013, Prof. Kenneth Binmore (ehem. UCL, University of Bristol and LSE) gave a lecture on "The Evolution of Fairness Norms".
2012: Reinhard Kardinal Marx
