Mills, NSF Director Sethuraman Panchanathan, and Yann LeCun emphasized the importance of guardrails for the AI age. In a far-ranging yet substantive panel discussion expertly moderated by S. Matthew Liao, Shannon Vallor, Luciano Floridi, Stefaan Verhulst, PhD, KyungHyun Cho and Prof. Urs Gasser explored the "what, why, how, when, and by whom" of global AI governance from different perspectives.
