Prof. Urs Gasser on generative AI at Stanford University Repinsible Quantum Technology Conference

After three days exploring Generative AI from global perspectives at Harvard University, Prof. Urs Gasser contributed to the inaugural Stanford University Responsible Quantum Technology conference. In addition to introducing the Quantum Social Lab at TUM Think Tank, he shared his thoughts on what the current AI debates might teach us as 2nd gen quantum technologies are built.

Some recent work of Prof. Urs Gasser, facilitated by Stanford Law School's Mauritz Kop, includes

the Responsible Quantum Technology (RQT) framework designed to ensure that research and innovation efforts meet societal demands and expectations and enhance planetary welfare, and
an operationalisation of RQT, the 10 Principles for Responsible Quantum Innovation, pursuing the ultimate goal of safeguarding, engaging, and advancing quantum technologies, society, and humankind.
