Naira Paola Arnez Jordan is a Research Assistant at the Professorship of Societal Computing at the TUM School of Social Sciences and Technology. Her research interests lie in the societal and psychological impact of artificial intelligence and the ethical challenges of AI systems. Her current interests also extend to the ethics and sustainability dimensions of the semiconductor industry. She is particularly interested in how AI can be developed and deployed in ways that promote social responsibility, human well-being, and a fair and inclusive technological progress.
Naira is pursuing a Master’s degree in Informatics at TUM. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Informatics from the same university along with a minor in Psychology at LMU Munich.
In parallel to her research, she has served as a Teaching Assistant in courses related to software engineering and IT & society. Through her work, Naira aims to contribute meaningfully to a more conscious, ethical, and human-centered technological development.
