The focus of this course will be for students to gain an introductory knowledge to remote sensing, AI, and Google Earth Engine (GEE) in regards to how information disseminated from these sources could be used to support decision makers pre-, during, and post- natural (and human inflicted) catastrophes. This course will also touch upon how satellite data can be used to support public policy as well as the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and other humanitarian objectives.

This semester we invite you to work on a human-centered perspective on technology. What do we need and want to know about quantum?
Within this seminar, we want to use art to change the view on quantum technologies. We invite students of all faculties to sign up for this experience consisting of three phases. You will design your own project in the intersectional area of art and quantum!
The winners will present their project at PUZZLE X Barcelona 2023.
