Rojin Abdipour is a doctoral candidate and research assistant at the Professorship for Public Policy, Governance & Innovative Technology at the TUM School of Governance. She holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf and a M.Sc. in Management from the Technical University of Munich, complemented by academic stays in London at Queen Mary University and Imperial College Business School.

Prior to joining the Professorship, Rojin gained experience across management consulting and academic research. As a Consultant at Bain & Company, she worked primarily with clients in the financial services industry and contributed to GenAI transformation and ESG projects across sectors, including healthcare. Selected research experience includes positions at the Center for Digital Technology and Management (CDTM) in Munich and at the FIM Research Center for Information Management (part of the Fraunhofer FIT institute), where she conducted research on the sustainability value of smart city solutions (Link to ECIS 2024 publication).

Since joining the Professorship in May 2026, Rojin has been developing her research agenda with a strong interest in AI governance and the intersection of emerging technologies and public policy.
