Fabian Wiedemann studied law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich and at the Universitetet i Bergen in Norway. During his studies, he focused on competition law, intellectual property and media law. During his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Munich, he worked i.a. for a renowned law firm in the antitrust law department and for the legal department of a well-known corporation in the intellectual property department. Fabian Wiedemann also worked as a research assistant for the same law firm in the antitrust law department. In addition to his legal clerkship, he has already been a research assistant at the Chair of Law and Security in Digital Transformation, to which he returned in spring 2022. His main areas of interest are antitrust law, data protection law and data law.
